Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon and onion in a saucepan until bacon is lightly browned and onion is tender.
  2. Blend in flour.
  3. Add milk: cook and stir until bubbly.
  4. Dice potatoes; add with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until the potatoes are done.
  6. Stir in beans and heat through.
