Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp of garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup beer
  • 2/3 cup worchetisire sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp of oregano
  • 2 1/2 course ground pepper
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/16 tsp rosemary
  • 1/16 dill seed
  • 1/2 cumin -optional
  • 1/8 tsp dried thyme

Directions:

  1. Mix the salt, oregano, garlic powder, course ground pepper .onion powder, lemon pepper, paprika, rosemary, cayenne pepper , dill seed, cumin-optional, dried thyme in a large bowl
  2. Store with plastic wrap until ready to use
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over moderate heat
  4. Add shrimp, garlic, the spices, beer, and Worcestershire Sauce
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes
  6. Serve with a side of French Bread or white rice.
  7. Enjoy!
