  1. In a medium sauce pan over medium high heat melt the butter then add the onions and garlic. Saute until the onions are tender (about 5 minutes). Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until ready to serve. You can add the Cayenne pepper to suit your taste. I usually make a weak batch for the light weights and a hotter batch for the real lovers of a spicy sauce.
