Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix Bisquick & water until soft dough forms
  2. Drop by spoon fulls into 12 ungreased medium muffin cups
  3. Press dough on bottom and up sides with lightly floured hands
  4. Heat oven to 400
  5. Cook beef, onion , and garlic in skillet over med heat until brown;drain
  6. Stir in BBQ sauce and heat through
  7. Spoon beef mixture into cups and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake until crust is golden brown 15 min.
