BBQ Chicken & Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium onions chopped
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • few drop tobasco sauce

Directions:

  1. Saute onions in butter, then add all other ingredients (except chicken).
  2. Simmer for 1/2 hour, then pour over chicken.
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  4. Prepare spaghetti noodles and serve with chicken and parmesan cheese.
  5. Sides: garlic bread and salad
