Bavarian Smokies With Mustard Butter

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. BBQ should be medium high heat.
  2. Make shallow slash cuts on the smokies about 3 each side.
  3. Wrap a slice of bacon around each smokie.
  4. (like a barber pole) secure with toothpicks.
  5. Grill turning frequently about 20 minutes or until they are golden and the bacon is crisp.
  6. Meanwhile toast the inside of your buns.
  7. Spread the buns with Mustard butter (Mustard Butter for BBQ).
  8. Tuck in a smokie add tomato, onion, mushrooms and any other garnish you want.
