Basic Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp salt
  • 1 - 2 tbsp crushed dried mint
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. As a dressing for Salad greens, Endive, Laban Fattouch and Cucumber salads.
