Yogurt salads refresh your palate, cool your throat and taste delicous. They go very well with dishes that require yogurt on the side. Garnish yogurt salads with fresh mint and a drizzle of olive oil.
Ingredients:
2 cups yogurt
1/2 - 1 tsp salt
1 - 2 tbls crushed dried mint or 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
1 clove garlic crushed
1 tbl lemon juice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. As a dressing for Salad greens, Endive, Laban Fattouch and Cucumber salads.
