Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup beer
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl;.
  2. Spread mixture into 2 mini loaf pans that have been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes or until doubled
  4. In bulk.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F Bake for 25 to 30 minutes;
  6. Let cool, then remove from pans.
