Ingredients:

  • 2 cups barley
  • 1 1/2 cups ( a
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 3 tbsp. mayo
  • 1 tbsp. curry powder

Directions:

  1. Put first 5 ingredients into bowl. Blend mayo and curry together and add to ingredients. Mix well.
