Barker's Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp water , lukewarm
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 oz dry yeast
  • 1/4 tsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup white flour
  • 2 tbsp white flour

Directions:

  1. Combine water and milk and add yeast and sugar.
  2. Stir to dissolve and let rest about 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in olive oil, salt, and wheat flour.
  4. Add white flour to a workable dough.
  5. Knead about 5 minutes and form into a ball.
  6. Place in a boil that's been oiled with about 1/2 tbsp olive oil.
  7. Cover with damp towl and let rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
  8. Punch down dough and form to fit pan and sauce and top .
  9. Bake 500 F for 8-10 minutes.
