Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place ribs in crock pot standing.
  2. Pour in beef broth.
  3. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper.
  4. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs.
  5. Cook on low approximately 8 hours.
  6. Serve with good salad.
  7. REMEMBER - Each rib has approximately 325 calories!
