Directions:

  1. Skin and leave whole.
  2. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Put in deep pan, put about 1/2 inch water in pan.
  4. Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes, well covered.
  5. Take sauce and pour over squirrels.
  6. Cook uncovered fo 30 minutes.
  7. -Sauce-.
  8. Cook for about 30 minutes.
  9. Put wine in after you cook sauce.
