Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash chicken quarters in cool water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Melt butter with garlic, salt, savory, paprika, cinnamon, and tarragon.
  3. Place chicken quarters on grill over slowly burning coals.
  4. Brush frequently with 1/2 of butter mixture, turning occasionally until chicken is well browned.
  5. Reserve remaining butter mixture for Rice and Sausage ( /recipe/-428920).
  6. Serve chicken atop hot rice with sausage recipe.
