Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl, place mixture on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Shape into a loaf, then spread barbecue sauce over the top.
  2. Bake 350 for 50-55 minute.
  3. The baking sheet allows excess fat to run off.
