Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • cinnamon , to taste
  • 1 tsp. rum extract

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in Dutch oven over medium-low coals.
  2. Stir in brown sugar.
  3. Cut bananas lengthwise into thin slices.
  4. Add to brown sugar mixture.
  5. Cook until tender.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  7. Add rum extract.
  8. Cook until bubbly.
  9. Serve immediately.
