Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine oats, flour(s),wheat germ, sugar, baking powered, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Stir well and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the bananas, egg whites and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Add banana mixture to the dry ingredienst and mix until just moistened. Gently fold in fruit.
  5. Spray large muffin tins with non-stick spray.
  6. Divide batter evenly between 12 muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes are until a toothpick inserted in the middle, comes out clean.
  8. Let cool on a wire rack.
