Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar and eggs together then gradually add the scalded milk.
  2. In a pudding dish place 4 slices of bread at the bottom then the bananas.
  3. Cover with the other 4 slices of bread.
  4. Slowly pour in the milk and egg mixture and add the vanilla extract.
  5. Set pudding dish in a pan of water and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
