Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour heaping
  • 3 cups milk
  • dash of vanillia
  • 4 to 5 bananas
  • vanillia waffers bag or box

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour and sugar
  2. Mix 1 cup of milk and the egg yokes
  3. Add to flour and sugar mix
  4. Add the other 2 cups milk
  5. Boil in double boiler
  6. Cook until thick
  7. Cut up bananas and put in alternate layers with waffers
  8. Let mixture cool then pour over bananas and waffers
  9. Top with meringue and brown
  10. ***************************************************************
