Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 3 cups sugar

Directions:

  1. In large bowl layer bananas and vanilla wafers.
  2. Mix other ingredients in pan over heat stirring continuously until thick.
  3. When thick remove from heat and pour over bananas and wafers.
  4. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
