Banana Praline Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 1/2 cups pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine bananas, egg, sugar and oil until smooth.
  3. Add pancake mix.
  4. Line muffin pans with paper liners or spray with cooking spray.
  5. Fill each up 3/4 full.
  6. Combine butter and brown sugar. Stir in pecans and flour until crumbly.
  7. Distribute evenly over tops of muffins.
  8. Bake 18-20 minutes.
