Ingredients:

  • 2/3 sugar
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups nestle toll house semi-sweet miniature chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 15x10 inch jelly-roll pan Combine flour, baking powder in a medium bowl.
  3. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugae and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
  4. Beat in bananas and egg.
  5. Gradually beat in flour mixture; stir in morsels.
  6. Spread into prepared jelly-roll pan.
  7. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  9. SPrinkle with powdered sugar.
