Directions:

  1. Mix everything except oil using a fork .
  2. Heat the oil on medium heat .
  3. When it's hot , scoop spoons of batter into the oil and fry until golden brown on all sides .
  4. Drain on paper towels .
  5. Can serve on it's own or with vanilla icecream .
  6. Or in a pan pour some oil .
  7. When hot , add 1 tbsp of batter and spread it out into a circle and cook the pancake on both sides till browned .
