Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 fl oz light rum
  • 1/2 fl oz lime juice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend 10-15 seconds or until ingredients are texture of snow.
  3. Pour into saucer champagne glass and serve with straw.
  4. Garnish with maraschino cherry and banana slice if desired.
