Banana Cornstarch Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt.
  2. Gradually add milk mixing well then cook and stir until smooth, thickened and clear.
  3. Stir in bananas until well combined.
  4. Stir a little of the pudding into beaten egg then return to pudding.
  5. Add butter and vanilla then mix well and chill in refrigerator.
