Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bananas and vinegar over medium heat until soft and bubbly. Add the sugar, molasses. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients into banana mixture.
  3. Cover and chill at least 18 hours. Check the seasoning.
  4. Spoon into sterilized jars. DO NOT USE METAL LIDS. Seal as you would jam and store in refrigerator.
