Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mini choc. chipits
  • 3 cups flour (*opt. two white, 1 brown)

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine, sugar, eggs and bananas.
  2. Add chipits, flour, baking soda.
  3. Mix till just mixed, we use a stand mixer
  4. Use ice cream scoop to measure into non stick muffin tins or grease other tins.
  5. Bake at 350* for 18-24 ,mins.
