Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.
  3. In mixing bowl, combine butter and applesauce, beating with an electric mixer until creamy.
  4. Add sugar, bananas, eggs and vanilla, beating until smooth.
  5. Gradually add flour and baking soda.
  6. Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
  7. Drop teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool on a wire rack.
