Banana Cake With Peanut Butter Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sour milk
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas , about 3 large
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • frosting
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • dash vanilla
  • just enough milk to make spreading consistency

Directions:

  1. Beat all cake ingredients together about 3 minutes with electric mixer.
  2. Put it in a greased and floured 9 x 12 pan .
  3. Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
  4. Frosting:
  5. Beat all ingredients together and frost cake.
