Ingredients:

  • dry
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • wet
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients in one bowl
  2. Mix the wet in another.
  3. Stir together.
  4. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 for 45 minutes.
