Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup (2 medium) mashed bananas
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. Grease bottom of a loaf pan.
  3. Blend first 6 ingredients and beat for a minute on medium.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients til dry ingredients are moistened. AT this time you can add chocolate chips, raisins or nuts if you like. Don't overbeat.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350º for 50-60 mins or toothpick poked into center comes out clean.
  6. Cool 5 mins and remove from pan. Cool.
