Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Grease loaf pan on the bottom and 1/2 way up the sides.
  3. Combine flour, backing soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, & 1/4 tsp. of salt in a bowl. Mix together and make a well in center of mixture.
  4. Combine bananas, sugar, & oil in seperate bowl. Mix and then add eggs.
  5. Combine liquid mixture with dry and spoon batter.
  6. Bake 40-45 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
