Banana Blender Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter cold
  • 3/4 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup banana mashed

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt then cut in butter until crumbly.
  2. Make a well in center then pour milk and banana into well and stir to moisten.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet then bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with butter and marmalade or peanut butter.
