Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine cranberries and water in a large saucepan. Simmer, covered, 10
  2. Minutes. Add sugar and banana.
  3. Boil hard 1 minute. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in pectin. Skim off foam.
  5. Spoon into prepared half pint jars leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
  6. Wipe jars, adjust lids. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Adjust time according to your altitude.
