Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/3 cup banana
  • 1/4 cup flax seed

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, salt, flax seed and baking soda in a bowl, set aside. Cream butter and brown sugar, add eggs (beaten), add mashed bananas, combine. Add flour mixture.
  2. Bake at 350 in a greased bread pan for about an hour, or muffins for 25 minutes. Best if left to sit until the next day before eating.
