This is the best banana bread recipe that I have ever made.
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
6 1/2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/3 cup banana
1/4 cup flax seed
Directions:
1. combine flour, salt, flax seed and baking soda in a bowl, set aside. Cream butter and brown sugar, add eggs (beaten), add mashed bananas, combine. Add flour mixture.
2. Bake at 350 in a greased bread pan for about an hour, or muffins for 25 minutes. Best if left to sit until the next day before eating.
