Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. First Make Basil Granita, Make this at night.
  2. Boil Water and Sugar.
  3. Infuse basil for 15 Minutes and strain.
  4. Add lemon Juice and place in freezer.
  5. Next day Once frozen scrap with fork.
  6. Made Strawberry Juice.
  7. Place strawberries in a bowl over hot water for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Strain the juice being careful not to make cloudy.
  9. Last make Strawberry Salad.
  10. Cut strawberries and basil.
  11. Toss everyting together.
  12. Pour strawberry juice over the mixture and top with basil granita.
