Strawberry Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 cups strawberries

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, bring the water, sugar and lemon zest to a boil.
  2. Place the strawberries and lemon juice in a pitcher.
  3. Add the hot syrup.
  4. Refrigerate until completely chilled, about 4 hours.
  5. Strain if desired, but do not press.
  6. Serve well chilled.
