  1. Heat oven 400F
  2. In plastic bag combine asparagus, pepper, vinegar and oil. Shake to coat well
  3. Place asparagus and peppers on non-stick baking sheet.
  4. Bake 15-min or until crisp-tender and lightly browned.
  5. Serve immediately
