  1. Spray 9x13 pan with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Boil pasta for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Drain, transfer to large bowl.
  4. Add rosemary, Italian seasoning, sour cream, cottage cheese, and marinara sauce, stir.
  5. Transfer pasta mixture to baking dish.
  6. In large skillet brown the meats, onion, and garlic, about 10 minute.
  7. Drain, and sprinkle over pasta mixture.
  8. Top with cheeses.
  9. Cover with foil.
  10. Label, date, and freeze.
  11. To eat, thaw and preheat oven to 350. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minute.
  12. Remove foil and bake until browned and bubbly, about 10 minute more.
