Ingredients:

  • 5 block tofu
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp shoyu
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. Slice tofu into 8 slices, coat both sides of each slice in soy sauce, then olive oil, then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 400 for 40-50 minutes, turning once
