Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Put butter in a square baking dish and melt in preheated 450 oven.
  2. Put remaining ingredients in blender and whirl until smooth.
  3. Pour into the melted butter and sprinkle top with cinnamon then bake for 30 minutes.
