Baked Potatoes Simply Become Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake your potato
  2. (or a whole bag - full)
  3. Refridgerate over night
  4. Cut in half
  5. Now, you will see the potato has a heart (aw!)
  6. Stick your thumb in the heart and the potato will easily split ino quarters.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. Chunks of butter if you love it
  10. Squeeze lemon juice over top
  11. Top with sour cream or feta cheese and sprinkling of fresh cut herbs.
  12. Garnish with optionals
  13. Sumac is my favorite part - sprinkled iver the potato and then over th sour cream and toppings too.
