Baked Potatoe Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatos
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp corn oil

Directions:

  1. Slice potatos into wedges
  2. Dip in Egg Wash (egg and water)
  3. Dedge in Breadcrumbs
  4. Bake at 400F until tender
