Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  2. Boil potatoes for about 15 minutes or until tender but not soft.
  3. Begin cooking bacon according to instructions.
  4. Then chop bacon into small pieces and set aside.
  5. Rinse potatoes under cool water.
  6. Drain potatoes then place into a large bowl.
  7. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and white wine vinegar.
  8. Add cheese and garlic salt then mix it all together.
  9. Chill until ready to serve.
