  1. Combine first 6 ingredients; beat on medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Shape mixture into 2-inch balls. Flatten balls to 1/2-inch thickness, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush surface of each with egg. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until browned.
