Baked Potato Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion blades, or chives
  • real bacon bits, or fried and crumbled bacon, to taste (i just shook some in)
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar , or any combo like cojack, etc
  • garlic powder , salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Chill.
  3. Better if made a couple of hours ahead, so flavors can blend.
  4. Personally, I take it out of the fridge about 20 minutes before serving.
