Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine oatmeal, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Mix in milk, eggs, pineapple, sugar, and coconut.
  3. Pour into greased casserole dish (can be refrigerated overnight prior to baking if desired).
  4. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
  5. Cut into bars and serve (can spoon vanilla yogurt on top if desired).
