Baked Pears with Cranberries & Walnuts

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel, core, and quarter pears.
  2. Place quartered pears in a ceramic baking dish.
  3. Drizzle pomegranate juice over the pears.
  4. Sprinkle cranberries and walnuts over the pears.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until tender.
  6. Drizzle juice from dish over pears when serving.
  7. May serve with fat free vanilla yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
  8. Also a nice breakfast with yogurt and granola or kashi.
