Baked Peaches Amp Cream French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups light cream
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1-2 loaves french, italian, scally or challah or some other white specialty bread

Directions:

  1. Dunk Sliced bread and arrange in Pammed 11 x 13 casserole dish.
  2. Pour rest over top.
  3. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. Top with sliced peaches and peach butter. Dust with powdered sugar.

  6. In blender, mix half cup softened butter with 4 tablespoons peach preserves.
